Chocolate Orange Fudge
200g Creamed coconut (one pack)
½ cup cocoa/cacao powder
½ cup fruit, maple or agave syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Large pinch of sea salt
Zest of one orange
2 tbsp goji berries
- Add all the ingredients into a pan and on a low heat stir until the coconut has melted and all ingredients are combined.
- Pour into a lined/greased tin/tray and flatten with the back of a spoon.
- Pop in the freezer for one hour. Remove from the freezer and let fudge sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Remove from tin and cut into cubes.
