Pub-style weekend lunch!

We all like burgers in a bun or sausages served with chips, potato wedges or a fluffy jacket potato and garnished with a side salad. There are lots of vegan burgers on the market from the vegetable-style ones to spicy bean burgers to meaty-style burgers. Supermarkets stock some but health food shops tend to stock a wide choice. As for sausages, Linda McCartney sausages are vegan and can be found in most supermarkets but health food shops will stock a wider range of refrigerated and frozen sausages, including the Holland and Barrett Lincolnshire sausages and ranges from Redwoods and Frys. Most frozen chips and potato wedges are also vegan. Serve it all with a fresh and varied side salad.
