This Asian-style salad is filling and tasty.
Cook noodles of your choice. While they are cooking, mix together in a bowl 30ml balsamic vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix with the cooked noodles and eat hot or allow to cool.
